Talking Therapies   - Talking Therapy services aim to help you manage a range of common mental health problems including anxiety, stress, depression and low mood.

Swindon Mind - This site has information on a whole range of mental health issues, and where to get support in Swindon

SANE Support - This is a support forum online with lots of advice where to get help if you are struggling with a mental health issue including depression and self harm, and also has access to immediate emotional support.

Looking after your mental health - The UK’s leading charity for everyone’s mental health. With prevention at the heart of what we do, we aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.

Rethink Mental Illness - We improve the lives of people severely affected by mental illness through our network of local groups and services, expert information and successful campaigning. Our goal is to make sure everyone affected by severe mental illness has a good quality of life.

MindOut Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans & Queer Mental Health Service - MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer people. We work to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all LGBTQ communities and to make mental health a community concern.

Anxiety UK - Do you often feel anxious, fearful or stressed? You’re not alone. There are millions of people like you. However, we can offer you an extensive range of expert help designed to help you to control your anxiety rather than letting it control you.

Beating Eating Disorders - Eating disorders are serious mental illnesses affecting people of all ages, genders, ethnicities and backgrounds. People with eating disorders use disordered eating behaviour as a way to cope with difficult situations or feelings. This behaviour can include limiting the amount of food eaten, eating very large quantities of food at once, getting rid of food eaten through unhealthy means (e.g. making themselves sick, misusing laxatives, fasting, or excessive exercise), or a combination of these behaviours.

The National Self Harm Network Forum  - The forum provides crisis support, information and resources, advice, discussions and distractions. Closely monitored, available 24/7
